Born and raised in rural small-town Kansas, I was always considered an artistic person starting at a young age. I participated in art clubs throughout high school and partook in various activities involving photography and filmmaking.

After graduating high school in 2016, I attended Highland Community College, where I took a variety of classes exploring different mediums of photography; film and digital photography, and printmaking to name a few. The rolling hills and barren fields of Northwest Kansas solidified my passion for photographing landscapes.

I moved to Oregon in 2020, where I found a whole new landscape to explore while completing a degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Oregon. Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and San Francisco, CA are frequented, as my work branches out into urban landscapes as well.
